Where both parties agree to all terms of the divorce and merely need someone to prepare the pleadings and forms necessary in order to conclude the divorce, we charge a flat fee of $400.00 for legal advisement regarding the separation agreement and parenting plan, preparation of all necessary pleadings, along with assistance in filing.

Our forms are based on our experience in handling contested matters and are specifically designed to prevent future disputes in addressing such concerns as who has responsibility for which debts, what happens in the event of bankruptcy by either party, triggering events such as a move of one spouse out of the state of Colorado, terms of maintenance (alimony) and whether the same is contractual or statutory, school truancy issues, filing of taxes & receipt of tax returns, along with many others. Our forms are specifically designed, based on our years of experience and preventing future re-litigation in protecting parties from many events otherwise unforeseeable.
